If you’re having trouble logging into Salon Manager, follow the steps below to get back online quickly.
Step 1: Check Your Salon Manager URL
Each salon has its own unique web address (URL) for Salon Manager. Make sure you’re entering the correct one, as it’s specific to your salon.
Do not search on Google for “Salon Manager,” as this won’t take you to your salon’s private login page.
If you’re unsure of your URL, check your welcome email or contact your salon manager or the support team for help.
Step 2: Clear Your Browser Cache
Sometimes, stored data in your browser can cause login issues. Try clearing your browser cache using the shortcuts below:
On a Mac: Press Command (⌘) + Shift + R
On Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R
This will force your browser to reload the page completely. After doing this, try logging in again.
Step 3: Contact Support
