To enable this feature for your salon, please contact our Support team to activate it.
Customers can now easily manage their upcoming appointments online. After making a booking, they'll receive a confirmation email containing a new "View Your Bookings" button.
This takes them to a dedicated My Bookings page where they can view all upcoming appointments and cancel bookings if needed.
For salons using card capture, customers can still cancel their appointments through the portal, but they'll be clearly informed if cancellation charges apply before proceeding.
