Marking a Client as a No-Show

If a client misses their appointment, here’s how to log it:

1. Tap the missed booking in the diary.
2. Tap “Client No-Show” This marks the appointment as a no-show.
What Happens Next:

• The appointment changes colour in the diary
• A note is added to the client’s record

If enabled, an automated SMS can be sent

Track repeated no-shows in the client’s history to manage future bookings.
