Appointment Editing - New Update Guide

We’ve introduced some changes to how appointments are managed to make scheduling faster and more intuitive. Here’s how everything will now work:

  • Opening an Appointment (Edit Options)
    • Double-click on an appointment to open the full options screen.
    • This is where you can edit details such as services, notes, client info, etc.

👉 Previously this was a single click — it now requires a double click.

  • Moving an Appointment

Single-click to select a booking and then click and drag it to:

    • A different time
    • A different team member

This makes rescheduling quicker without needing to open the appointment.

  • Adjusting Appointment Length
    • Press and hold the appointment for 1 second, then release.
    • You can now adjust the length of the appointment by resizing it.
