- You can now add, edit, or delete Notes and Alert Messages directly from the booking options screen in the Appointment Book.
- We’ve added the ability to record multiple skin tests per client. This can be switched on or off in Client Settings. When enabled, you can enter a skin test date for each relevant department or service.
- Editing a bill is now more flexible. You can adjust the price of each item sold. If the bill was paid with multiple payment types, you’ll be prompted to update the payments so the totals match.
- Classes can be set to open or close on specific weekdays, giving you more control over scheduling.
- The Stock Reorder Report now includes Supplier and Supplier Line columns for easier filtering and review.
- The Utilisation Report now displays time in hours and minutes for better clarity.
- The Utilisation Report also now includes resource usage, not just team member data.
- We’ve fixed data grouping across several reports so all fields appear correctly again.
- Removing a service from a bill will no longer remove the booking itself.
- You can now manually send SMS messages to clients from both the booking options screen and the client record screen.
- When assigning a booking to an unavailable team member, you’ll now see an option to choose someone else instead.
- Fixed a bug where purchase orders could calculate total cost incorrectly for items with a pack size greater than one.
