Rikki is the driving force behind Salon Manager, with over 30 years of hands-on experience in the hair and beauty industry starting out sweeping floors on Thursday evenings and Saturdays while still at school. He went on to run his own salon and knows first-hand what it takes to succeed in this fast-paced world the wins, the worries, and the constant juggle.
That lived experience is at the heart of everything Rikki does. He’s deeply passionate about supporting the industry he grew up in and is on a mission to make software that’s not just packed with features, but genuinely useful — a real working tool that helps salons run smarter, not harder.Salon Manager was built from the ground up with this vision: to give salon owners powerful, easy-to-use tools that simplify the day-to-day, boost profits, and free up time — even if it’s just to enjoy a well-earned cuppa.
