How to Create a Family Bill

Need to group multiple clients under one payment? Here’s how to create a family bill:

1. From the home screen, open the Till module.
2. Choose one of the clients from the In Salon Clients list.
3. Select Create Family Bill to begin linking bills.
4. Link Clients Together Choose: the paying client (e.g. the parent)
5. The linked client(s) (e.g. child, partner, etc.)

All selected bills will now be combined into a single transaction.

5.Complete the Payment Choose the payment method and tap Complete to finalise the transaction.
Perfect for parents paying for their children or grouped appointments.Each client’s bill will still be recorded separately in their record card for full history.
