How to Create a Class (College Feature)

Setting up a training class or student column? Here’s how to do it using the College feature:

1. Go to Settings in the appointment book, left-hand menu and select Settings icon.
2. Tap on Classes, then click Add New Class.
3. Enter Class Details Fill in the required fields:
  1. Class Name
  2. Tutor’s Name
  3. Number of Columns (how many students or chairs)
  4. Price Level (specific to the class)
  5. Allowed Services (what services students can perform)
4. Set the Class Hours Choose the opening and closing times for the class.
5. Confirm the Setup Click Confirm to add the class to your appointment book.


Classes are great for training environments, student salons, or managing junior team bookings.
Each class setup can have its own service types, pricing, and schedule.
