How to Add a Client to the Standby List

Got a client waiting for a slot to open? Add them to the standby list in just a few steps:

1. Open the Standby List In the appointment book.
2. Click the Add to Standby List button.
3. Search for the Client by name, mobile, or email and select their profile.
4. Enter Preferences Choose the clients:
•Service they want
•Preferred team member (if any)
•Time frame they’re available

5.Confirm to add the client to the standby list.


Once added, the system can automatically send them an SMS if a matching slot becomes available.
This helps you fill gaps and keep clients happy—even on busy days
