Need to block out time for a meeting, training, or staff break? Here’s how:
1. Go to the appointment book and click on the time you want to book out.
2. In the left-hand column, select Add Book-Out.
3. Pick a reason for the book-out (e.g. Meeting, Lunch, Training), then tap Confirm.
4. Select whether the book-out applies to one or multiple team members.
5. Pick a time range or select All Day if needed.
6. Tap Complete to block out the time.
Book-outs keep your diary accurate and help manage team availability.
Use them for any non-client time—like holidays, admin, or personal breaks.
