How do I sell a course?

Selling Courses in Salon Manager
This guide explains how to sell and manage courses in Salon Manager. Courses are a great way to offer clients prepaid blocks of services, for example, a 60-minute sunbed course that can be used in smaller sessions over time.

1. Start a Course Sale

Begin by starting a normal bill for the client.
Add the service you wish to sell as a course, for example, a 60-minute sunbed session.
During the bill process, click [Create Course].

2. Set Up the Course Details

After clicking Create Course, Salon Manager will ask how you want to sell this service as a course.
For example, you could sell a 60-minute sunbed course for £100.
Enter the total minutes or sessions and the total price.

3. Completing the Course Sale

Once the setup is complete, the course sale will appear on the bill.
In this example, the client is paying £100 for the 60-minute sunbed course.
When the client pays, process the bill as usual.

4. Viewing the Course in the Client Record

After payment, open the client’s record card.
You will see the course details under their account, including the total minutes or sessions remaining.
In this example, the client has 60 minutes left to use.
