How do I redeem a course?
1. Redeeming Part of a Course
When the client returns to use part of their course:
Start a new bill as normal.
Add the same service to the bill.
Click [Change Quantity] to record how much of their course they are using.
For example, if the client is using 9 minutes today, change the quantity to 9.
This will redeem 9 minutes from their 60-minute course.
The bill will show the redeemed time, and the system will automatically adjust their remaining balance.
2. Checking the Updated Course Balance
After processing the bill, open the client’s record again.
You’ll see that the redeemed amount has been deducted, showing the remaining balance of minutes or sessions available.
Summary
Courses are created during a sale by using the Create Course option.
Each course tracks the total units (minutes or sessions) purchased and used.
Staff can monitor course progress directly from the client’s record.
Quantities on bills are used to redeem course units automatically.
