Taking Payment for Today’s Appointment
Here’s how to take full payment for a client in the salon today:
1. The client’s appointment in the diary.
2. Tap “Pay in Till” This opens the full payment screen where you can review and adjust the bill.
3. Adjust (if needed) You can:
•Add services
•Add retail
•Apply discounts
•Redeem loyalty points
•Add account credit
4. How the client is paying – card, cash, etc.
5. Tap “Complete” The transaction is finalised.
If the client has an email address, a receipt will be sent automatically.
You can also print a receipt or rebook straight away.
