How to Set Your Minimum and Maximum Stock Levels
Manage stock with confidence by setting reorder limits:
1. From the home screen, go to the Stock section.
2. In the left-hand panel, select Set Min & Max Levels.
3. Pick the supplier whose stock you want to manage.
4. For each product, fill in: Minimum level– the lowest amount you want to hold
Maximum level– the most you’d like to keep in stock
5. Click Save Changes to apply.
These levels help you reorder at the right time and avoid overstocking.
Review them regularly to keep your inventory efficient and cost-effective.
