Customising ibookings

Step 1: Open iBooking Settings
From the Home Screen, select iBooking Settings in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Explore the Settings Menu

The iBooking Settings page will open.
On the left-hand side, you’ll see three options:
iBooking Settings
Appearance
Privacy Statement

Step 3: Customise Your iBooking Message

Select iBooking Settings to add or edit the message that appears when customers visit your online booking page.
Use this section to create a friendly welcome message or share important information with clients before they book.

Step 4: Adjust the Visual Appearance

Click on Appearance to personalise how your booking page looks.
Here, you can update:
Your salon logo
Background images
Colour scheme
Salon photos
These changes help make your booking page match your salon’s branding and style.

Step 5: Set Up Your Privacy Statement


Choose Privacy Statement to add your own privacy policy.If you prefer not to enter one, a default privacy statement will be used automatically.
