Cancelling or Deleting a Booking
Need to remove a booking? Here’s how to do it correctly:
1. Tap the booking in the diary.
2. Tap “Remove” You’ll see two options: Cancel or Delete.
3. Choose the Right Option:
•Cancel– Use when a client cancels. This adds a note to their record.
•Delete– Use for staff mistakes. No note is added.
Use “Cancel” for client cancellations so there’s a history.
Only use “Delete” for internal errors that don’t need recording.
